JobPixo privacy notice

JobPixo is operated within WALink.world. This notice describes the JobPixo-specific data flow and should be read with WALink.world's broader privacy terms where applicable.

Data you provide

We store the account identifier used by WALink.world, candidate profile fields you enter, work-eligibility preferences, answer-vault fields, application drafts and tracker statuses. We do not require you to upload a resume file in the hosted version.

Job data

Job listings are collected from public job feeds and stored with source and freshness metadata. JobPixo may compare listing text with your saved profile to produce relevance and eligibility signals.

Payments

Paid access uses Razorpay. JobPixo stores payment and order identifiers, plan, amount and activation status. Card or bank credentials are handled by Razorpay rather than stored in JobPixo application data.

Purpose and retention

Data is used to provide the job-search workflow, maintain account access, prevent abuse, support purchases and measure product usage. Application records remain associated with your account unless removed through a future deletion flow or by support request.

Your choices

You can edit profile and application-tracker data in the app. For account or data requests, use the JobPixo support page. Eligibility labels are informational and should be verified with the employer.

Security

The hosted app reuses WALink.world authentication and server-side data separation. No service can guarantee absolute security, so avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information.
